Welcome to Spicetown Oy. These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of our website and to purchases made through our online store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Orders

All orders placed through the Spicetown website are subject to product availability and order acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, incorrectly priced, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

2. Prices & Payment

All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include Finnish VAT where applicable. Payment must be completed before an order is dispatched or made available for collection.

3. Delivery

We deliver across Finland. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, product availability, and the selected delivery method.

4. Click & Collect

Customers selecting Click & Collect will be notified when their order is ready for collection from our Helsinki store. Please bring your order confirmation when collecting your purchase.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns are handled in accordance with Finnish consumer protection legislation. Due to the nature of food products, certain fresh, frozen, and perishable items may not be eligible for return unless they are faulty or supplied incorrectly.

6. Wholesale Customer

Wholesale customers are subject to agreed pricing, payment terms, and delivery conditions. Business purchases may be governed by separate agreements.

7. Product Availability

We strive to keep our product information accurate. However, product availability, packaging, and images may change without prior notice.
